Which payment options are available on the app?

We accept the following payment methods: debit and credit cards; American Express; PayPal; Google Pay; Apple Pay.

The app is not able to accept payments using Wetherspoon gift cards or Wetherspoon voucher booklet vouchers.


Can I swap items on my meal?

Limited changes are available. 

If you would like to make any further modifications, please place your order at the Till. 
 

Are all of your various ‘deals’ available on the app? 

All of the deals are available using the app. If you add a drink to a meal or take advantage of one of our other offers, you won’t see the deal price in your basket until you select ‘apply any discounts and calculate final price’. Your basket will then update the final price, before you pay for your order.
 

How do I report a bug on the app?

If you would like to report an app bug, please take a screenshot and send it to us using this contact form.
 

Do I have to order food to use the app?

The app may be used for ordering drinks, food or both in the same transaction.
 

Why are products missing or greyed-out on the app?

If a product is greyed-out, it is currently unavailable on the APP. 
 

Is my data secure on the app? What data is captured?

We capture and securely store the following data for each customer: first name; last name; e-mail address. This information is used to provide an electronic receipt. It is not used for marketing purposes or shared/sold to third parties. 
 

How do I obtain a refund for an order placed on the app?

Please speak to a management team member who can deal with your issue. If necessary, he/she will process the refund on the till. If you believe that your refund has not been properly processed in the shop, please contact our customer services team, using this contact form.
 

How do I obtain a receipt for an order placed on the app?

A receipt for each order will be sent to the e-mail address which you nominate.
 

My meal includes a drink: how do I add one?

Please use the ‘Include a drink’ button. This will link you to the list of selected included drinks which you may then add to your order. Please note that, if you add a drink to a meal, you won’t see the deal price in your basket until you select ‘apply any discounts and calculate final price’. Your basket will then update the final price, before you pay for your order.
 

How do I search for an item?

In the top right-hand corner of the app, there is a magnifying-glass icon. If you click on this, you will be able to search the menu for your item, using your keyboard or microphone.
